Reuven Isaacs serves as Chief Operating Officer managing Advinia Care’s Florida portfolio. Over the course of his career, he’s managed $100M+ operational portfolios, led massive provider networks across 15 states, and guided teams through everything from bankruptcy turnarounds to private equity acquisitions.

With a proven track record of leading operational transformation, Reuven specializes in bringing clarity to complex environments, improving efficiency, and building systems that support long-term organizational success.

Based in Chicago, Reuven oversees Advinia Care's Florida operations with a disciplined, data-driven approach, ensuring consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across every community.

With expertise in operations, strategic planning, labor relations, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and team development, Ray is known for building strong leadership teams and fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence. His passion for improving the resident experience and delivering high-quality care all while achieving strong financial outcomes has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader dedicated to advancing the future of long-term care.

Nick Lausier serves as Regional Director of Operations for Advinia Care, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in senior care and healthcare operations. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating workplace cultures where employees feel supported, and residents receive exceptional care.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and hands-on approach, Nick enjoys helping communities overcome challenges, improve quality outcomes, and celebrate successes together. His leadership philosophy is simple: support your teams, empower others to grow, and success will follow. Nick believes that healthcare is at its best when compassion and accountability go hand in hand.

Colleen Powers-Miller

VP of Business Development & Marketing

Colleen Powers-Miller is an accomplished and results-driven healthcare business development executive with extensive experience leading sales, marketing, admissions, and referral strategies across skilled nursing and assisted living communities. She has successfully developed and implemented growth initiatives that increase occupancy, strengthen referral relationships, and drive revenue while partnering closely with clinical and operational teams to achieve organizational goals.

Throughout her career, Colleen has overseen business development efforts for multi-site healthcare organizations, directing admissions, discharge planning, and external sales teams across portfolios throughout New England. She is recognized for building strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, managed care organizations, and community providers while creating innovative strategies that improve quality mix, enhance patient transitions, and support long-term organizational success.

Jennifer Capuzziello, RN, BSN

Jennifer Capuzziello, RN, BSN

VP of Clinical Services

Jen Capuzziello has been a registered nurse in the long-term care/skilled nursing setting for over 30 years. A proud third-generation nurse, she currently works as the VP of Clinical Services covering MA/RI skilled nursing facilities. Jen graduated from the University of Rhode Island where she majored in Nursing with a minor in psychology. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations in MA/RI and as a Director of Nursing for many years. Jen has had many years of experience working with the Department of Health in MA and RI as a facility monitor as well, working with facilities to improve survey outcomes.

VP of Clinical Reimbursement

Melanie Tribe-Scott is a long-term care professional with more than 30 years of experience across the skilled nursing continuum. She currently serves as VP of Clinical Reimbursement at Advinia Care, where she provides strategic leadership in clinical reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and quality performance. She leverages her years of experience in her work with skilled nursing facilities, driving measurable improvements in RAI accuracy, quality measures, and quality outcomes.

Melanie's professional credentials include AAPACN Resident Assessment Coordinator Master Teacher (RAC-MT), AAPACN Resident Assessment Coordinator Advanced Master Teacher (RAC-MTA), Certified Director of Nursing Administration (CDONA), Certified QAPI Professional (QCP), and DNS Certified. She is also a proud member of the AAPACN Education Foundation Board and R.I. Health Care Association Quality Committee, contributing to the advancement of education and excellence in post-acute care. She is committed to person-centered care, resident advocacy, and sustainable quality improvement.

Michael Brown

Regional Director of Facilities

Michael Brown began his career in long-term care in 1988 and has been with Advinia Care and its predecessor organization since 1994, currently serving as the Regional Director of Facilities for Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With more than 38 years of experience in the field, he oversees facility operations, capital improvement projects, life safety, regulatory compliance, and plant operations across the region.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked closely with facility leadership to develop practical, cost-effective solutions that enhance building operations while supporting exceptional resident care. He is passionate about mentoring facility teams, improving infrastructure, and creating safe, comfortable environments for residents and staff. Michael takes pride in building strong relationships and helping each community succeed through collaboration, accountability, and a hands-on approach to leadership.

Outside of work, Michael is active in his community as a volunteer for the A Leg Forever Charitable Foundation and previously served as Director of Twice As Strong Hockey.

Kelli Joyce serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Payroll, overseeing HR operations, payroll, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and workforce strategy across a multi-state network of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Kelli is passionate about building strong workplace cultures, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring organizations remain compliant while putting people first.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach to problem-solving, Kelli is committed to fostering positive employee experiences while helping organizations navigate the evolving landscape of healthcare human resources.

VP of Therapy Operations (MA & RI)

As Vice President of Therapy Operations for Advinia Care covering Massachusetts and Rhode Island skilled nursing facilities, Tara leads the strategic direction and operational success of the organization’s rehabilitation services, Advinia Care Therapy Services. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in post-acute care, she is recognized for building high-performing therapy teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Tara was recruited to lead the successful transition of therapy services to an in-house model, bringing proven experience in successfully implementing and optimizing in-house rehabilitation services. She is passionate about creating therapy programs that deliver positive client outcomes, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhance the quality of care for every client served.
