Welcome to Advinia Care Vinnin Square, the only skilled nursing community proudly serving the historic city of Salem, Massachusetts. Recent renovations and a new leadership team are redefining Exceptional Care here — whether you're with us for short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing.
Our 123-bed community offers skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, in-house dialysis, hospice care, and respite stays, backed by a leadership team and consistent caregivers dedicated to keeping that renewed standard of care in place for the long run.
Our Dialysis Suite is now open, featuring 7 comfortable stations with capacity for up to 42 residents. Each station is equipped with a personal entertainment screen, the latest dialysis technology, and is staffed by our dedicated team of specialized professionals. With a streamlined referral review process, we're committed to delivering care that's both efficient and personalized.
For residents who need it, we also offer a secured unit and a locked unit, providing added safety and specialized support.
