Advinia Care Orchard View (formerly Orchard View Manor) is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community on Tripps Lane in East Providence, Rhode Island. We deliver senior living care alongside comprehensive rehabilitation, hospice, and dementia care — and as a proud VA-contracted facility, we provide specialized services to the veterans we're honored to serve.

Our 166-bed community offers skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, hospice care, and respite stays — a full range of care under one roof, so residents and the veterans we're proud to serve never have to start over with a new team.
